My name is Teresa Lipsey. My gift is to create unique, mindful spaces. I discovered this gift at a very young age and after majoring in Interior Design and receiving my Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in 2001, I started my company in 2009. TL DESIGNS has been designing and transcending spaces for almost 15 years.
